Queens County St. Patrick’s Day Parade

I haven’t been to the Far Rockaways in forever.  In case you haven’t ever visited, it is located in the farthest edge of Queens.  It’s a lovely seaside village of sorts, that has definitely seen better days.  The town hosts the annual Queens County St. Patrick’s Day Parade.  This year’s event, held this past Saturday, and was attended this year by none other than our dear mayor, De Blasio.  He is huge.  Not much to say about the parade, other than show you the photos.  I plan to photograph the grand St. Patrick’s Day Parade in Manhattan on March 17th, so you can see compare the two events for yourself.  Big difference.
